PickleBuddy SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern the PickleBuddy text-messaging program operated by SocialSportyApps ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and opting in during registration, you agree to these terms.

1. Program description

When you opt in, PickleBuddy sends you account-related (transactional) text messages, including:

One-time passcodes to verify your identity when you log in.
Friend-request notifications when another user requests to connect with you, including a link to accept or decline.

2. How to opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box during account registration in the PickleBuddy app. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, each time you log in or receive a friend request).

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your wireless carrier.

5. Opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send any further messages unless you opt back in. To resubscribe, reply START.

6. Help

For help, reply HELP to any message, or email support@socialsportyapps.com.

7. Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
